Happy fall time!!
The leafs here look amazing and it’s not too cold or dark yet. While waiting for All saints day I wanted to try pumpking latte for the first time. It turned out great! It was definitely better than I expected, because I’m pretty conservative with my coffee.
Here is my recipe for two people:
- 2 cups of oat milk
- 2 table spoons of canned pumpkin mashed
- 1 table-spoon of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of strong coffee
- 1-2 drops of doTerra’s cinnamon bark oil
Heat up milk and sugar. Add mashed pumpkin, coffee and doTerra’s cinnamon bark oil (if you use some other essential oil, make sure you can use it internally!). You can mix them all together with blender.
