Scalp spray recipe with essential oils

Lovely spring time here in Finland!

Leaves on trees, some flowers are starting to bloom and more light! I love it! I made my self a natural scalp spray to freshen up and cool my scalp.

Years ago I had to reduce the amount of chemicals in my hair and scalp. My scalp started to regurlarly get irritated with hair coloring, dry shampoo and all the chemicals I was dumpig on it. Sometimes it still gets dry and irritated. This has been a wonderdul recipe for me and my son, who has the same problem sometimes. You can apply it to dry or wet scalp.

Easy natural scalp spray recipe (shake always before use):

  • Spray bottle almost full of water
  • 2 drops of doTerra’s peppermint
  • 2 drops of doTerra’s lavender
  • 2 drops of doTerra’s rosemary

Refreshing summerspray!

For the upcoming midsummer, I decided to keep this post more light-hearted and provide a tip for refreshing yourself in the middle of hard work and the festivities of the summer-of course chemical free! I personally like it so much that I will hold on to my bottle through winter time! You will only need an old spray bottle.

1/3 cup distilled water (car battery water)

1 table-spoon apple cider vinegar

15 drops of peppermint essential oil

You can add peppermint as much as you like.

Happy summer festivities!
