Koska monilla äideillä (ja toki muillakin) on välillä vaikeuksia joko itse rentoutua tai saada lapsia rentoutumaan, ajattelin laittaa tämän videon juuri tänään. Resepti tähän löytyy kirjoitettuna täältä
Bloating is very common complaint, caused by too much liquid or gas in the stomach. It’s good idea to consult your doctor to make sure nothing is wrong, but if there is not a medical problem, diet and natural remedies can reduce bloating.
Over eating is very common reason for bloating. It can add gas to your intestines. Processed foods like pies and crackers can give problems easily. Also bananas, peas and cabbage. Reasons behind problems with digestion can be celiac disease (familiar to me!), lactose intolerance and constipation. For some people adding good bacteria to their gut helps a lot. For women their period can cause bloating either before or during.
Problem with digestion

Avoid fizzy drinks

Mix to your massage oil:

I made today a vlog about skin care with essential oils. I go through different essential oils for different skin types (ageing and dry skin) and especially oily skin. I mention in the video a vlog, where I talk about how important it is to use pure essential oils. I made an article about this same topic, where I list all the oils that I talk about in this video and how to use them.
Essential oils can balance, cleanse and renew your skin. It’s very important to check the quality of the essential oil brand you are using. Even if the label says 100% pure essential oil, unfortunately it doesn’t mean anything. Companies mix synthetic chemicals and other ingredients in them. There is no real regulation in the industry, other than what the companies do themselves. (I have a vlog about this)
You can improve the health of your skin tissue with good quality essential oils especially in your face and hands. You should dilute always your essential oils (except lavender and tea tree oil you can use directly in special circumstances) with jojoba, coconut or some other vegetable oil or with basic lotion without sent in it.
Here are tips for using essential oils for skin care:
Eucalyptus: Cooling and antiseptic, you can use for example for spots and boils.
Geranium: Contracting and balancing, cleans and firms the skin. Reduces inflammation and treats acne, eczema and little cuts.
Juniper berry: Contracting and cleansing, can help with acne, eczema and oily skin. Don’t use while pregnant.
Lavender: Antiseptic and stops inflammation. It can reduce eczema, sun burn and mosquito bites. It can relieve mild burns in the skin. Lavender also increases cell growth and healing, so it can help with scars.
Roman chamomile: Calming and antiseptic, it’s good for sensitive and dry skin, relieves acne and eczema.
Sandal wood: Softens dry, ageing and wrinkly skin, it also can relieve sun burn, nettle-rash and other irritation in the skin.
Tea tree: Antiseptic and stops inflammation and fungus, it’s good for boils and skin rashes and other inflammation in the skin.
Allergens may cause problems with the skin. Inflammation on the skin that is caused by allergens is called eczema. There are different kinds of eczema. The cause of the eczema is not always found, but often it can be helped. Aromatherapy can help different kinds of eczemas.
Essential oils that help with eczema
Roman chamomile helps with infections on the skin. Geranium and lavender oil speeds up the renewal of the skin cells. Lavender and sandal wood oils help also to soften the skin. Teatree and juniper berry oils are also antiseptic.
