Now in winter time, what would be more relaxing and important than taking care of your feet! Here are two new foot bath recipes. The water will smell wonderful, just take few breaths in!
Calming foot bath recipe:
- Enough warm water to cover your feet
- 3/4 cups of epsom/ sea salt
- 5 drops of essential lavender oil
- 2 drops of essential tea tree oil
- 4 drops of essential geranium oil
Re-energizing foot bath:
- Enough warm water to cover your feet
- 3/4 cups of epsom or sea salt
- 4 drops of essential peppermint oil
- 2 drops of essential tea tree oil
- 2 drops of essential Frankincense- oil
- 2 drops of essential Ylang Ylang oil
